Drop-In Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-1pm
Basem is a senior studying CTSJ, is President of the Middle Eastern North African Student Association, and does clinical research with the University of Chicago. He is hoping to go into orthopedic surgery or emergency medicine and is interested in medicine in conflict zones and refugee healthcare. His goal is to be a doctor with Doctors Without Borders in Arab/Francophone countries. In his free time, he likes to play soccer, read on Middle Eastern geo-politics, and work on his sculptures!
